Skreenz Travel Media

I am Marco van der Lingen founder of Skreenz Travel Media. In 2010, I started our first travel media: Bollenstreek.nl. In the first few years, i did this mainly as a hobby alongside my freelance interim marketer work at various companies and organisations. In 2017, when the number of annual visitors exceeded 1 million, I started focusing full-time on Skreenz Travel Media.

We currently have a portfolio of travel media with different themes with a reach of more than 5 million people a year and work with leading companies in the tourism and leisure industry such as Tiqets, Getyourguide and Booking.com

Inspiring travel media on all Skreenz

With our travel blogs, we reach travelling consumers at different points in the customer journey. From inspiration, planning the trip to travelling and (after)enjoying the experiences. We do this by being present at the right moment on the right ‘screen’ such as computer and mobile phone.

We believe in working together

Our travel media focus on promoting a region, city or theme. We work with our travel blogs using our unique No Sale No Pay method. Here, we do not charge partnership subscriptions but get paid when there has actually been a visitor or sale.

A key success factor for us is collaboration. By linking companies and activity organisers, we ensure that visitors engage in more activities and thus have an even more enjoyable experience. An additional advantage is that more turnover is also generated during a visit.

Interim marketing projects

Our marketing expertise can also be hired on an interim basis for strategic destination marketing projects. Do you (temporarily) need additional marketing expertise? Feel free to contact us for an introductory meeting. For interim marketing projects, we work at an hourly rate of € 165.00 per hour (excluding VAT).
